The property was modern, clean, the bed was comfortable and the double glazing ensured no noise from the railway behind. And had good air conditioning essential in a Bayreuth summer. Also had an ironing room for those dressing up for the Festival. The young staff were helpful and efficient with one exception in the evening staff. Nice areas on the ground floor to sit in.

The location was excellent, close to the train station and 10 minute walking distance to the festival theater. the hotel appears to be new construction clean, modern with comfortable bed and spacious bath room.

I attend the Festival. The hotel is close to the station and roughly 10 min walk to the Festival. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned whilst performances take place so you come back to a nice fresh room. The centre of town is approximately 15 mins walk away.

We've stayed single night only and enjoyed the place very much. Comformtable parking lot just next to the building. Very comfy beds and silence during the nighttime despite the closeby railway.

Very clean, centrally located, all attractions easily reachable as there are many bus stops around. Good value for money. If you need hairdryer or iron, it’s provided by receptionist with 10 euro as a security deposit. Rooms are cleaned everyday.
